Once upon a time in a faraway land, there was a lush olive grove and a small hidden winery surrounded by the steepest cliffs where goats would climb up and down. In this blessed land something delicious was being produced. Early harvest extra virgin olive oil, made from olives that were carefully collected one by one for the best results. Bottles of wonderful white and red drink made of selected grapes, following the traditional way of our grandparents. Delicious cheese which was maturing in oak barrels. And this land was enjoying 360 days of the sun and great weather to have the best outcome of harvest.
